"I was on the beach of Böda when I had to know that Öland has a Brazilian restaurant! their ad in a local timeline even mentions churrasco! it is not every day that they hear of such places in Swedish to convince my friend to take a 40-minute drive to the place like homeweh brasilien. arrived, all waiters had no idea what churrasco is, I ordered a picanha na chapa (the next thing to grill in the menu) and my friend ordered açaí and coxinha. when we ordered açaí, the waitress did not know what it was and had to check with another worker who called it “the ice we serve in the bar”. picanhas meat was disappointing (hard to chew) açaí was as liquid as water and the coxinha was more dry than the sawra."
