"We love this place about 85% of the time, but have noticed that recently there have been a few new baristas who have made our drinks incorrectly. They either use regular milk when we paid for a milk alternative due to food allergies, or they leave out the caramel or any kind of sweetener. This has happened 3 times within the past month, and we even reminded them to add the caramel syrup, and they still forgot. They will replace the drinks when we catch the error before we drive away, however, due to the busy drive thru, we are usually almost home before we notice. Overall, we like this location, we just would like the drinks made the way we ordered. Especially when they?re over $6."

"I waited in line for forever and when I got up to the window I literally sat there for seven minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was sitting there. When I was finally acknowledged. They were rude, very rude. So my five minute coffee stop took 17 minutes. They also didn?t offer whipped cream for my frappe. :"

"We live in Layton so coming here is rare, But this Dutch House was great. Nice, drive thru had a long line so we decided to go inside. Which is a whole nother topic, lol, and funny thing is it really didnt matter where you chose they make record time on EVERYTHING 10/10.And quickly the inside was really chill, cozy,they had a little fire going inside. The setting OMG...was like the inside of a garage, literally just chilln. Everything was incredible"

"The service and food certainly exceeded my expectation. The food was great and black bear provided variety within their selection. Paired with the ambience it did create a comforting and welcoming experience. Maria, our waitress, was amiable and provided my table excellent service. Her rapport was indeed excellent as she had a lovely chat with my dad. 10 gold stars for her!"

"It was fine, but I placed a small catering order early in the day but when I went to pick it up at the designated time later in the evening, they were confused and didn't have it ready. They did find the order and hurried to put it together but they gave me the wrong type of beans and the lettuce was very watery."
