"Ordered via Uber Eats, the estimated delivery time was 16:4 to 17:05. No delivery by 17:05, so requested an update via the Uber Eats App. No update, so I phoned them, it rang constantly then hung up saying called failed, tried again and the same thing happened. I had a £20 Uber Eats voucher, so it didn’t cost me anything, so I ended up ordering from somewhere else."

"It's been probably over 10 years since I've had a Tops Pizza. Anyway, I took the plunge and ordered via Deliveroo. My pizzas came in about 35 minutes. I ordered an American Hot and a Chicken Tikka pizza. On the plus side they look quite appetizing and are quite generously topped with cheese, but that's also part of the problem. The pizzas don't really taste of much, apart from mozzarella! As for whether there was any tomato base or not, well if there was I couldn't taste any. A very forgettable, bland and mediocre pizza experience. I've had better from the supermarket!"

"We used pizza bakery for our little girl party. nothing was too much for them, even if I wanted to change something for a moment, the young were so accommodating. pizzas were really tasty and the wobble rings disappeared in minutes. would definitely recommend and will be reused."

"Just ordered £50 worth of food for my family and the standard of food is appalling so phoned them up to let them know and the manager told me that thats how the food is served and will not refund any money,he offered me another wrap and some salad,so now i will have to feed the kids from somewhere else. Disgusting food appalling customer service will never order from here again!!!!!! Rude, rude,rude. Food is horrendous !!!!!!"
