"We had lunch here twice, on the recommendation by a local. This is definitely where the locals eat. The salads were wholesome, the steak juicy, the fish fresh (grilled dorado, crispy fried small fish) and well prepared. Local Braganca sausages were on the menu. There was a good selection of desserts too. The restaurant is on N103 and unlike in the middle of town, free parking can be found on the street."

"We had antipasto, soup, boar stew, a trout. The antipasto was one of the best I have ever had, with great presunto, smoked meats, tapenades. The boar stew was excellent, in quantity fit for a young starving man. The house wine was very good and so was the service. The ambience is attractive and the clientele is local, clearly foodies. The price is on the medium-high side (by local standards)"
