"Wonderful food and service. Staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. Have been in a few times since I moved to the area and always look forward to a lunch or dinner here. Save room for dessert as the banoffee pie is incredible."

"If you haven’t already been here, you need to go asap! This place serves fabulous pizzas and sides for both vegans and meat-eaters. Which for me, means I can take my meat-eating friends and family here, as well as the non-meat eaters for everyone to enjoy. Perfect for birthday meals etc. Really love the atmosphere and ambiance here too, along with all the specialty beers! Great night out"

"I love traveling solo, I hate eating solo. I looked on good 'ol trip advisor and saw Marco 's. Popped over as it was only 3 minutes from my hotel and was seated no problem. Nice friendly staff and lovely pizza calmed my solitary soul. Spent a lovely half hour listening to the fantastic Bristolian accent. Marco 's is Gert lush!"

"If you are having a serious dinner out and want your white table cloth experience then sadly, you just have to avoid this place. We had a lovely young waiter but he had no idea what was going on: I had to open the wine for him, he had no idea about anything on the menu, had to count the table numbers to work out where we were sat etc. The food is not very good, the starters and mains all seemed to be the same couple of ingredients rehashed into a meal. The wine comes warm dessert was still frozen (it was an ice cream style cake so not necessarily disastrous but clearly not what you’d expect in a restaurant). However…. To be fair it’s an evening you won’t forget. My girlfriend and I were laughing the whole time. The whole thing is very comical and the staff are actually friendly and good fun. The waiter I mentioned earlier couldn’t have been nicer and let me charge my phone, was doing his best etc. The boss is a nice character with a good sense of humour if a little direct at points. There was a horn going off for peoples birthdays which further added to the atmosphere (but was a bit much after a while). Would I go again? I probably wouldn’t plan to. However, in the right context, with the right crowd you could actually find yourself having a really memorable evening with lots of laughter."
