"Very solid ramen place in Park Slope!Food:I ordered the classic chashu-men ramen and chashu pork takana donburi. You can modify the ramen according to your liking, which I think is a great idea. For example, you can control how thick or thin your noodles are, how rich the broth will be, and (of course) how spicy you want your ramen to be among others. I ordered everything standard, and I found it to be really delicious! I think the star of their ramen is the broth. It was just the right amount of richness, umami, and spice. The noodles were amazing as well and had a great texture even when drenched with the broth. The donburi was also yummy, but I would recommend just getting the ramen unless you're really hungry.Service:Service was good/pretty standard. Servers did a good job of checking in on me from time to time.Ambiance:This place is definitely on the more casual side. It's a great place to bring friends and catch up. It's probably on the noisier side of things since I could hear other people's conversations around me. I would say it's best suited for casual gathering or meeting up with friends, but I probably wouldn't bring a first-time date here.Overall, really solid place! I'll be back whenever I have ramen cravings!"

"Got takeout ramen from here, and holy crap it's awful! The ramen noodles were probably fresh made but they didn't drain it enough so it was mushy and falling apart. It tasted like wet dough! I don't think I can describe how bad the mouthfeel was. It actually made even the soup taste awful like floury water. I never give bad reviews, but I'm legitimately shocked that the quality has dropped so far! The bun was alright, so I'll give it 2 stars.T"
