"We decided to order a custom cake for our daughter's birthday as opposed to one from Publix. When researching for a bakery, the Baking Grounds is a business that was consistently recommended. We decided to give them a try, and I am so happy we did! The cake turned out much prettier than I anticipated and really contributed to an awesome day for my 8 year old. Thank you for making her birthday even more special."

"I came here for the first time yesterday and thought it was great so I came back this morning for breakfast!Yesterday, I had the French dip sandwich. It was delicious (my only critique would be I wish the meat was warmed up more, it was a little cold for my taste, but still delicious). The au jus was so good that I sipped the leftover like soup after I finished the sandwich.This morning, I had the country breakfast. I had my eggs scrambled and they were legitimately the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. Based on appearance, they seemed to have the fond from the bacon or sausage in there and it was wonderful. The sausage patty was the only thing that was a complete miss for me. I just didn't like the taste. Everything else was great and I can't wait to come back and try something new!"

"Very interesting place with a lot of history. Very big and spacious inside. No hostess when we arrived, slightly confusing with reserved tables everywhere. Just so happens a Doobie Brothers tribute band was playing that night. We stayed for a little of the band. It was okay ?. Our server Alison was the best. Top notch server. Looked to be serving more tables than all the others combined. We will ask for her again. The food was very good for a bar type atmosphere. We had the fried ? pickles. Half-dollar sized slices with a thin batter coating. In the jalapeno dipping sauce was the ball. The brisket and pimento cheese sandwich was very tasty. Way too much to eat in one setting ?. The avocado chicken ranch sandwich was a good combination of flavors. Big piece of ? chicken, bacon, cheese and guacamole on an artisan bun. The bun didn't hold up very well It was kind of a knife and fork thing at the end. The guacamole could have been fresher, maybe a little dated. The french fries btw or a little unique. They kind of are like thin steak fries. Not too thick and not completely potato chip. Very good. Will be back to try some the other items that look tasty ?. Overall our experience was good. ???"

"Thank you so much for this beautiful wedding cake. I ordered the cake as a gift for my sister and you guys exceeded my expectations. The cake looked beautiful and tasted great. The cake was so moist and the icing was not too sweet. I will absolutely order another cake in the future. I was so nervous about not having it delivered, but they did an amazing job stabilizing it so it would not move during transport. If you order a cake from The Baking Grounds, you will not be disappointed!! Their prices are also so reasonable."

"The entire meal from appetizers to dessert was amazing. The plating and presentation of the food is beautiful and the meals were perfectly prepared. The atmosphere and staff are fantastic. Me and my wife will definitely be back to this wonderful restaurant. Kudos to the chef for an amazing dinner"
