"This is now the third consistent time it has been deeply disappointing. The ambiance is great and the servers are excellent. However, everything else (the food) is not so good. You pay premium prices for small plate sizes. You would expect top quality food. However, the rice was surprisingly hard. The chicken was dry. The lamb so chewy it was almost inedible. The hummus tasted bitter. The water was unfiltered tap water. It seems they try to hide the poor quality of food by covering everything in thick sauces and extra spices. It is too much. I've had to scrape off the heaps of sauce from the 4 small pieces of chicken just to eat poorly cooked dry chicken. For reference, try the Mediterranean places in San Francisco, like Old Jerusalem and Yasmin. Mediterranean is my favorite food and I will sadly be never coming back here."

"Super Delicious, Super Affordable. This was amazingly delicious. We really enjoyed our plate. We love that there were so many options on our plate. The baba ganoush was amazing!! I don't even like baba ganoush but this was my favorite item here! Wow amazing flavor. The pita was really nice also. It was nice and moist. Falafel Salad: Great deal, delicious food. When you order they ask you if you want it spicy or not. We got one with spice ans one without. It's the same price. The falafels were fresh, I watched them fry them right before putting them on the plate. The falafels were fresh but not my favorite. They weren't very flavorful. I prefer the falafels at CAVA. I haven't seen a CAVA in the area. The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful even though it wasn't busy when I ordered. The ordering was a bit confusing. You go to the middle to order then hand the tickets under the window. Parking: there were about 10 spots. It was a pretty slow time so I found a spot, but can imagine it might be an issue if it was busy."

"Fantastic experience!! Delicious food and very fresh. The complimentary peta bread was super soft and hot, right from the oven. Lots of options for vegetarians as well!! We loved everything we ordered vegetarian kabab, chicken samosa and joojeh kabab. The chicken samosa was surprisingly amazing crispy on the out with tender chicken fillings inside. I love the overall ambiance of the place. The vegetarian kababs come with saffron rice which were very tasty. But the showstopper was dessert Makhloot can’t recommend it enough. It’s kulfi with iced faluda! Loveddd it. Highly recommend this place. 5/5 no doubt!"

"When I stepped out of the car I could smell Saffron. The interior is very nicely done and they are really very quick in serving. The taste is very good and the portion size is also , you just can't ignore their food. But I found their prices on a higher side."
