"The Bar Association for the win! Took the wife out and couldn 't have been happier here! Great drinks, amazing food and Ashley was a fantastic bartender. Yes, the food takes awhile but it 's well worth the wait, and that 's just more time to drink ? Definitely added to my growing list of must return restaurants. I had the handmade burger with bacon and blue cheese, an old fashioned and flying dog hazy IPA. The wife had MA, THE MEATLOAF! and a kinky squirrel martini."

"Had high hopes for this place but I was very disappointed. One star isn't even deserved, if I could leave zero I would. When we walked in at 715pm I the restaurant/bar was at about 40% capacity so not a terribly busy night. Well over an hour between ordering dinner and receiving it, 45 plus minutes for our calamari appetizer. Wings showed up hot and flavorful which was the only decent part of our meal. Yuengling on tap tasted like it was skunked and after it sat at the end of the table untouched for 50+ minutes I had to ask to have it taken off of the bill. Philly cheese steak hoagie was beyond well done and the fries served with it were cold, steak/veggie/portion did not even fill the hoagie roll and was drier than the Sahara. I ordered it with mushrooms and not a single shroom was to be found on my sandwich. My drink (water) cup spent much more time empty than it did full and it was uncomfortably warm and humid in the restaurant as if the ac was broken. Much better joints around town with much better atmosphere, service and food quality, go elsewhere so you don't waste 60.00 like I just did. Also another point worth mentioning, the bill was $61 on credit card but $58 in cash, so either they are dodging their taxes or they are passing the credit card fees on to the customer neither is a good way to conduct business."

"I ordered a hot ham and cheese. Cheddar ,White bread cut on a diagonal, side of mustard.tomato. Bread was whole wheat, shredded cheddar, cut down the middle, no tomato no mustard. Bread was stale. The cook had shoulder length hair with no net.what a disappointment. Bartrams has always been one of my go to places to eat."
