"I was in Cargese for almost 2 weeks, had dinner here with various groups at least 4 times... Food is great and special classic dishes that come with a twist either through a local product here (chestnut fritters) or some fancy technique there (salted...caramel with scallops, basil foam with pasta). Interesting and exciting (though a bit on the pricey side). Dessert selection is also great. Try the chocolate cake."
