"Ordered General Tsos shrimp and Shrimp with broccoli and both were missing the rice thats supposed to be included. And the General Tsos shrimp was so thick with batter it was like eating bread and it wasnt crispy at all. Sauce didnt have much flavor either, but the dish did include a lot of broccoli, which was very good. The crab rangoons were delicious. The hot and sour soup is the best Ive had in the area..... excellent!! And they were generous with the crispy noodles for the soup. The guests seemed to somewhat enjoy the rest. I would order the soup again and the rangoons and probably the shrimp and broccoli, hopefully with rice next time. Just stay away from anything breaded."

"If I could rate this a 100/10 I would. Issei is one of the best places hands down. We stop here because of the food and the environment. The Pho is delicious, seasoned well, and the noodles are always cooked to perfection. The Kimchi fried rice is my best friends favorite and it tastes so good. It seasoned well, tastes delicious and has the perfect amount of heat. We also love the Katsudon.(Idk if I spelled that right) it’s delicious crispy fried chicken!! If you are looking for a spot to try new foods this is it. Its a super busy spot, so hurry!! They are closed Sundays Mondays. They have specials daily. You choose a table and then go to the counter to order.. remember your table number!! They even have a self help spot, that has to go containers and more condiments! Enjoy!"

"Great food. Everything from American style chinese cuisine, to authentic dishes. Just know what you’re looking for and don’t be afraid to ask! They are very friendly to those with dietary restrictions and will do everything they can to accommodate. Just ask! I am in Carlisle every summer for the Ford Nationals and I always visit this place. I enjoy their food so much, I usually leave with a monster order on the last day to have plenty to take home with me!"

"If they have seen this place on the side of the road, they may perhaps pass, not. despite the old fashion, shot and a beer, outside, the rustic good eating serves in a friendly atmosphere. clientele was raised mix of native, well dressed after the work and a few college couples. I ate at the bar and the bartender was friendly, knowledgeable and proud of the farewell. I took his suggestion on the garnelenfest, a plentiful and essential mixture of a clove of garnel, cocosnus, panko butterflied and garnel over fattyuccine alfredo. the fatty succinni, panko and cocosn nuts steamed hot and perfectly boiled - I skipped the hot chili pina colada sauce as too sweet though. the spits had cooled down and slightly hardened, but that could be my fault, I ate them last. the woofer rings were plentiful, hot and crispy. my other side was a salate. beer was cold, but the fittings seemed limited. price and good value. I would recommend and definitely try other dishes"

"Ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it?s the worst I?ve ever had. It tasted like vinegar . The pasta was stuck to the aluminum and they were clumped together. The pizzas were not good and they even forgot my broccoli and spinach. Won?t be going back."

"First time customer and we were very happy with our experience! We purchased a variety of items off the menu and enjoyed each! They were short a few pieces of chicken teriyaki and were kind enough to replace the pieces with our choice of chicken wings AND gave us a free soda. "The Mac and Cheese was over cooked and had no salt in it. The chickn burger lacked flavor and the only thing carrying it was Mayo and barbecue sauce. The only thing I liked was nachos bc I ordered a mushroom soup and tofu bowl too which weren't very good"
