"Called in for drinks on our weekend away Christmas shopping. Pub was pleasantly full but still room to sit. Good selection of beers and Stowford cider which is always a winner! Pork pies are excellent value as larger than we expected. Small but perfect. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Well done guys xx"

"We had a really excellent experience with Hanky Panky. The menu includes the most delicious dishes, both in classic and innovative combinations. Our party had a mixture of pancakes and Omelettes and everyone was thrilled with what they had. To complete it, the service was brilliant; we could not have felt welcome and looked around."

"Food and tasting menu, we’re absolutely amazing. Enjoy every mouthful. Staff were brilliant and the tasting wines were well matched. Rooms aren’t as spectacular as the food, but nice touch with the handmade chocolates and wine. "Good selection of real ales, very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. superb hot roast pork and apple sauce on a roasted ciabatta as a light bite to go with a pint of nutty black. the pub below is an old stylie school space with old school desks and an open fire, live music events and health home bar. in the upper floor there is a conservatory restaurant with views of the river dee and chester beyond. the main menu saw test will be back! large small water hole at the end of a river bank:"
