"Most of this review is based off of the brisket. While the pepper seasoning was alright, the cook on it was really bad. It was tough and chewy. The fat was gristly. Nothing like the tenderness you expect from a bbq brisket.The chicken, cornbread, and gumbo were alright but nothing to write home about. On top of that they were sold out of their wings and pecan pie so we couldn't have dessert.I wish that was all that was wrong, but on top of that there was a baby crying and screaming throughout the whole dinner. I know that's not something you can really prevent, but it definitely did not help."
