"Very sad experience. My family came earlier than our reservations. So we decided to come inside and asked if we can sit and have our dinner. We came inside the restaurant with only 1 group of young boys eating in the restaurant.. no people queuing and it’s just empty sits. When I approached the staff and said that we wanted a table but we came early than we expected.. he said there’s no available table… our reserved table was the table where the boys are having their dinner at that moment.. but we looked around and all are empty sits.. he said all empty tables are reserved for all walk-ins customers??? And we need to wait for 20mins. I was wondering why do we have to wait for 20mins if there’s no people queuing at that time and literally no one around. So my family just decided to cancel our dinner with them and went to different restaurant. Unexpected service. We heard a lot of good feedback about this restaurant but, unfortunately we didn’t get a good service from them."

"The best place for bbq huhn and burger around the riccarton area. nando 's is famous for its unique sauces so called 'Peri-Peri' taste and yes it is. ! the good thing is that they can buy these sauces from there. also they can get it from super markets. the restaurant is beautifully designed and spacious. the staff was so nice and friendly."

"I have bought the same Brisket menu with Pure rustico for the last 4 weeks, being to go. Unfortunately the last two occasions have been quite disappointing. 2 weeks ago, the amount of meat was less than usual and it was very dry, which I noticed when I got home. And yesterday, Sunday 05/22, I ordered 2 brisket with 4 portions of rustic puree, the sauce did not come. disappoint."
