"Been a loyal customer now for a while. Each time I want to get away from familiar faces of Cape Town and have quiet quality time, this is the spot to sit in the sun with view down the valley and beautiful mountains and watch: birds, elderly people celebrating life, parents chase their kids,smell roses and enjoy cup of good coffee or earl grey tea together with what I claim to be best scones in Cape Town. (Not only me claims that by the way). Every time I go, I try to order something different to try and everything I’ve had always exceeds my expectations. People working there are always friendly, helpful, always find a space even if it seems to be booked up and full. I highly recommend."

"Stopped by yesterday for a quick smoothie on route somewhere else.<br Not my first time visiting (I work just up the road) and I have to say it's been consistantly one of the best stop off coffee shops I have been to in a while. Friendly service, gorgeous decor and probably the best coffee smoothies you can find in the Newlands area.<br Yesterday I tried the strawberry smoothie with mint, yogurt and pressed apple juice... Delicious doesn't describe it.<br <br And whilst I do feel the menu is rather limited, it IS a coffee shop predominantly and the freshness of all the baked goods really does make up for what's lacking in volume.<br <br All in all, definitely worth a visit and I will be back as always again soon"

"Quaint and quirky little restaurant, finely decorated and cleverly placed amongst the residential area of Kenilworth. (And I quote: ' You could definitely pop in here in the morning before heading out for the day. ' The restaurant is literally a converted house, cleverly planned out and situated in between the houses. The back area is especially nice, spacious and relaxed.<br/ A few friends and I had brunch here, on a Sunday, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was very much worth the price and of a good quality.<br/ Staff could use a bit of a confidence boost and could possibly be quicker on their feet but, regardless, they were all polite and helpful.<br/ *I noticed that it is also kid friendly with a basic little kids section for their amusement"
