"If you're in the mood for some real home cookin comfort food at its best, then head on over to Drumming up BBQ!! This food truck is currently located off Government way between Appleway and Neider. My daughter and I had been wanting to try their BBQ for some time now, boy am I glad we did! We both got them Beef Briscuit Special- a huge twice baked potato stuffed with cheddar cheese, tender slow roasted briscuit, green onions and just incredible yummy-ness!! The lunch special portion is more than enough for two people to share, needless to say, we had leftovers galore after attempting to stuff ourselves with this amazing treat for the first taste buds! The dishes served here are all from scratch, their meats are slow roasted in their on site smoker, the little extra wait time during the lunch hour was very well worth it! We will definitely be back!"

"The food is so delicious! The staff is super friendly and helpful.My first time here at Rokkos was a great experience! The place has a cool vibe and some outdoor seating. The menu is straight forward. The food came out super fast. I had the Peanut hindquarters with a side of Teriyaki and it was to die for! So delicious. The wasabi Mac and cheese was a total treat and the green salad with poppyseed was the perfect accompaniment to the meal! This place is so good, I am sure I will be a regular."
