"Was quite excited to find a place in coimbra with vegan dresses that we could go to dinner. sweet street sweet place. first we went to the meat service section not know that it had the veg restaurant next to him. ok! when I read the reviews, I didn't know that. we sat by the door when the people looked over, that was all good. at the order we are vegan and confirms all ‘v’ marked dishes are fully vegan. I asked a few times how to be sure. that was confirmed. we decided to have many courts. as it is Tapas courts, we were still hungry, so we thought we would order the “v” labeled Bruschetta courts. bruschetta with aubergine came first. I have taken a bite and noticed a taste and a texture of cheese. it looked like parmesan cheese. we called the waiter who ever came here and asked what that was good. he simply took off and ran to the meat that served part of the restaurant. came back and told us the boss will come and explain. the boss has committed himself to being the wife who has fully veganly confiscated our order and all “v” items were. he apologized and said the menu is wrong, it is not vegan it vegetarian. what's going on? then I asked if he was sure that was broth vegan. then he looked confused and said it was just broth. does he know that all brote are not vegan? which other dishes we had that was not completely vegan? he said the beer that my man had, and my tee is on the house. what? so, tell me how many vegans ordered this dish and trusted the facility to know the difference between vegan vegetarians. this experience confirmed that I should also cook on holiday and never trust a farm that serves meat on a side and so called vegetarian/vegan on the other side. and to knock formal vegan, this will be all that vegan means. "There are several vegan options available. We have ordered both acai fruit bowls. Fruts were fresh and tasty. Later on we've retured for lunch and ate vegan burgers, both types, they were ok but for our taste too meaty. They have coffee with plant milk. Nice place to eat breakfast or lunch.
