"Service could not have been worse. We waited at least 1/2 hour for our waitress to stop by at our table even though we flagged her down multiple times. Once we ordered it was another 20 minutes before our drinks arrived. The table beside us had been waiting 2 hours for their food order to arrive. When it finally arrived at 11:00 that were too annoyed to even eat it. They simply walked out. Even waiting for the bill is a long process - we asked her for it twice before 1/2 went buy and she actually brought it. Then she said she had to get a machine to process debit, another 15 minutes went by before we went to the bar to pay. Fun atmosphere but they really need to figure out the service."

"A coffee and wine gathering place hidden off from the Main Street of Collingwood (Hurontario). Very close to city hall. Nearby street parking. A large sélection of wine which seems to be their forte. I tried the matcha which was fairly good but small portion considering the price of $5.95. The sour dough bread with butter $5 was not overwhelming. Perhaps we can try other dishes the next time and cannot judge it but it was quite busy despite early Saturday morning."

"Wow, absolutely amazing. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. I've had my fair share of bad Chinese fusion, so I was a bit skeptical at first. Chef Jeremy definitely observed and learned a lot during his years in China, and tried to apply the techniques on local ingredients only when they made sense, which requires a lot of creativity. The presentation of the dishes was also an art in and of itself. The end result was truly an *experience* like no other. Think how much you pay for a theatrical performance; I'd say the Pine is definitely well worth the price as a culinary performance."

"Meal and ambience were great, however we made a reservation for and were done our meal by and were just having some casual after dinner drinks, when the hostess approached us and basically gave us the hint, to get on our way as other guest were coming!!! We had only been their hour and mins and were still drinking?? What gives. So we went to another bar and carried on, that was a little off putting"

"We chose this place because it looked decent and casual. It was definitely casual but not very good. The service was poor - we had to wait 20 minutes before the server finished her break to order. The place was packed but there were enough servers to handle the crowd. The special that night was pork schnitzel which I love but this had no resemblance to a schnitzel other than it was a cutlet. The breading was burnt on the edges and raw and soggy in the middle and there was a nasty flavouring which I couldn't place. I asked the server and she said it was not a spice but the brine they had used. Instead of taking it off my bill the manager decided to comp my wine and give me a coupon for a discount on my next visit which was useless to me as I don't plan on going back ever."
