"This place was amazing! The waitress Makayla, made a fantastic job offer suggestions for a first timer. She was very familiar with the menu I really enjoyed. My food was hot and tasteful and hit all the right spots on my taste buds Lol. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy some drinks and good food. Their prices are fairly fair for the amount of food they serve. My only complaint is that I would like to have seen more of a variety of alcohol-free drinks. It was a working evening, but I will definitely be back for real drinks!"

"What a great experience with The West End! I planned a 60. Birthday for my husband and I wanted somewhere with a private outdoor space for a few hours that could accommodate about 25 people. Maria sat down and went over what I wanted and gave great suggestions, we had appetizers and an open bar with beer, wine and soda. She helped me decide what the cap is based on the number of people we had and it would be perfect. They set up the dining table and everything came out on time and it was delicious! When the food was ready, they cleaned it and brought out the deserts I brought along, along with my birthday cake. They delivered 2 waiters and held things out of the bar. Many tables and a fire pit and we didn't feel rushed to go. Jeff, the owner, stepped outside to welcome us and check if everything was okay and Maddy and Maria were such a pleasure to work our party. We had an explosion, my husband and the guests really enjoyed themselves! Thank you."

"Clean restaurant bathroom, good service, well balanced and prepared meals, great ice: coffee exploration and malt shake! delicious! my only regret is that I didn't post pictures of eating. my Thanksgiving dinner was so good I think of the planning of our future vacation coming together! Actually, the time was to brown the thick truthahn slices to add taste. stuffing gravy was just as motherfucker!"

"Got a curbside order to take home and for once, waited until I got home to eat the fries. The Large Fry I was given was only half full. In my opinion and per the standards of other fast food restaurants, the large fry container should be exploding with fries... right?! Word to wise, check your food before you head out. I would have taken this back for the other half of the fries I paid for. Shame... I hope they arn 't slipping on us. Do better!"

"My family had a great experience in Red Robin last night. Like many people my wife received the e-mail notification about the anniversary special and we showed up with our daughter for dinner. Uncertain, the restaurant was packed and there was a light waiting time on a table. When we sat while I went to the host's table, my 2-year-old daughter asked where Red Robin was, and knew about him from earlier visits. The manager, whose name I didn't get, apologized and said he wasn't here today, and we went to our table. Shortly after, while my wife and daughter were gone from the table, your manager returned and asked if they were back soon. I answered that they would. When they came back, she went by, accompanied by one of your staff dressed as Red Robin. The reaction of my daughter was unpaid and she was overjoyed, wanted hugs and high-efives. When they left to welcome other families, they waved and smiled and their night was made. I know it might have been a supervision that it wasn't planned to have the Red Robin on what was essentially an impromptu child night, but your manager made an excellent decision to let Red Robin appear and make many children happy. It was gesture that didn't have to be done, but it really made a difference. Our waitress Mary Rose was also excellent. As I said, it was a very busy night, with several tables with big families. Shortly after we had set ourselves, she made a point to give me attention and to signal that she was on our table before she helped another table. It was a simple but appreciated gesture. Throughout the night she was very attentive to us despite the crowd, check and refill our drinks (and pages) and make sure our daughter is satisfied with their meals pages. She was polite and friendly all night and made a point to thank us as we left. Our food was delicious all around and we all went home happy. Overall, we had a positive experience for what could have been a difficult night. The additional efforts your management and your staff made were very appreciated and we will be happy to tell others about it. Thank you."
