"Good customer service and is compliant with the rules and regulations during this pandemic, with reasonable prices and all BUT there are problems in certain areas. Food is up to par, but in my first time dining here, it's either they did the wrong dish or it is the ACTUAL appearance of the food which is very disappointing. We ordered Korean Beef with Kimchi but there's no kimchi, instead... a sweet but kind-of tough beef with carrots, cucumbers, and egg rolls on top on a savory bowl of rice. The order took too long to prepare. Well, waiting is normal for most restaurants but it took almost 1 hour? I don't think that's normal? Based on appearance, it looks spacious, ventilation is good. I hope though that they remove those decorations above the ceiling because it's already past Christmas. Overall, it's so-so."

"Not following Senior/PWD discount as mandated by law. The staff told me they do not have the code for discount. Not a valid reason not to give the privilege mandated by law. Not giving receipt as well. I have to ask for it. It should be given automatically. Management should be aware of this."
