"Worst customer service! After waiting 20mins on a drive through order I had to go in and request my food. The girl cashier was rude and clearly has an attitude. Whilst waiting I witnessed another customer with a similar complaint."

"The Norwood fishbar is by far the best chippy in the city, I would rather drive 4 miles from gloucester to get our tee than to go to the end of my road. my parents don't go to another chip shop either."

"Overall a beautiful place for afternoon tea. The scenery and location is amazing, and it is a quiet and calm place for tea. The quality of food was good but nothing extraordinary fitting for the price. The service was fine but a bit slow it took quite some time to get our afternoon tea platters, and when we asked for a tea refill midway through it took so long to get this that we had finished the food by the time it arrived. We also had asked for a refill on sandwiches to be told it is 4 pounds per extra plate a bit surprised by this as I have never experienced a charge for refill at any of the afternoon teas I've been to in the past."

"This is a very nice pub with a good atmosphere and friendly service and we were well looked after by Alice.We had the Surf and Turf and the Chicken burger and both were very good.We had a crumble and the different ice-creams for dessert and a couple of coffees, both good.There are well kept real ales and a good gin selection along with a nice Malbec !With all our drinks and food the bill came to a very reasonable"

"Lovely to find somewhere with so many vegan options! We had a whole menu to choose fromStaff were lovely, really polite and friendly. We had the 3 bean chilli and the stuffed butternut squash, followed by chocolate and salted caramel cheesecake. The chilli was really tasty and came with garlic bread. The butternut squash could’ve been a bit hotter, but was still tasty. Came with a side of veg, salad and chips! We overheard another customer raving about the vegan pie, so will have to try that next time! Updated from previous review on 2021-07-03"
