"This is the first time I have been disappointed in a Red Robin burger. I ordered the "Impossible Burger" which I have ordered before, but this time it was sloppy (burger way bigger than the bun) and did not taste the same. Also, food was not hot. Red Robin is my go to when I want a burger. I hope it is not going down hill."

"The place was basically empty and yet it was another 20-minute waiting time when we arrived there... without anyone being in front of us. Apparently there are ALWAYS waiting for at least 20 minutes, no matter what the circumstances are. We have a pager and went and did a few quick purchases, so the location is nice for the waiting period. The food was good and as expected. The waitress wore no mask that even when vaccinated with the numbers they are now (that was Christmas weekend) I don't think that was acceptable. I don't eat a ton, so I didn't think about it until our food was delivered, so I just let it be, but it bugged me. The people who delivered our food wore masks. The food came after a reasonable waiting period and we had many drinks refills so that was great. Now for the bathroom It was quite clean and one of the stalls had toilet seat covers the other was out. There was no place to hang my bag so I had to hang it from the toilet paper donation box (awkward...see photos). Non-contact paper towels and garbage can close enough to the door so that washing the hands and opening the exit door was contactless. Good work RR. I'd pee back here. "The Chicken Fajita Rollup and the Side Loaded Mashed Potatoes ¥ was delicious had it for lunch. the Quesadilla Burger is one of my favorite that was great, too for dinner last night. just wish they had other side options. I didnt get any Silverware which I added to the order"
