"I recently moved into the neighbourhood and decided to try some ice. I asked if that was hard and a young lady said it should be. I told her I enjoy my ice hard and soft ice that I don't like. from any reason, she looked at me as if she didn't understand me or cared for my needs. a young man under the name dull heard my conversation and entered directly. he understood my feelings about hard ice and offered to get a little harder ice cream from behind. he did it with such gnade. he didn't seem upset, he had a smile on his face all the time. this is the true definition of customer service! I almost went out of this situation because the first worker didn't care if I liked my ice cream hard or not. but matt went over and beyond to make sure that this customer was happy and I really enjoyed my ice with 3 toppings. wonderful hired! hope matt trains all to have stellar customer service like him!"
