"The order was not only over 20 minutes too late from the time it was said to be ready, but then it was missing items and received a part of someone else's food. This is a regular problem with this place and you are better to spend your money basically anywhere else. The photo shows how some of the foods were packed. We will not return."

"I acquired a 30-day taco pass and put it on a good use and of course expenses in accordance with the expected OVER BUYING of the product when I met an article I had never tried. Order it and the soft taco I normally bought. I always order them without SOUR CREAM. Drove went several miles at home and found both articles with acid cream. I contacted her immediately and they said they would replace her. I have considered the offer to compare it with the cost of gas and meters for the next day they agreed. The next day they were at the end of the deal. I swear they put extra chicken in the article, but I could be wrong; don't want to put anyone in trouble. Many Taco Bell staff, I don't care what the manager of this restaurant said about your manager next door, he's great in my book. Stop the GREAT work and remember the CUSTOMER is always right!!"
