"I love the fact that I can get a pizza I grew up eating at the beach so close at home when I want it. The staff is always friendly, and the service is fast. The free popcorn is a bonus especially if you have children who are hungry and cannot wait 10 minutes for a cake."

"Before judging me by my review, you should consider the number of Reviews I did in past few years. So, here what I think about this business. This is one of the worst places who knows nothing about professionalism. If you are in USA to do business, you should follow minimum business etiquette and standard. We went there on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. We entered at 2:07pm keeping in mind that they will close at 2:30 pm. The front desk person clearly said that the restaurant is about to close and they are not allowing dine in. We were like dude, your website says you close at 2:30 . He was like -yes, but we do not allow dine in after 2 pm.Ok,then where does it say that? He clearly looked like he doesn 't care. We had a baby with us, so thought may be we can talk to the manager and things might change as we came before the closing time. We asked for the manager so we could make suggestion, but the person said we Don 't have any . Again asked for the owner and he said he is out of country . I do not know anything about their food but I seriously do not recommend this place. So far the worst asian restaurant experience I had, for sure."

"Mediocre. Reading all the reviews on the Otani we were anxious to try it. Please note, we did not eat any Sushi so the review does not reflect it. However, Otani does have a fairly extensive non sushi menu that we tried. To say the least it was very disappointing. For starters we discovered that the ice tea was from the soda gun vice fresh brewed. We switched to green Ice tea which was served at $3.00 per standard water glass with no refills. I had the seafood Soba noodle soup which had a tasteless broth and permeated with artificial crab! Others had the teriyaki beef in several forms that were very disappointing. Bill for four was $108 with no alcohol."

"So I don't really understand the advantage of online ordering with them. My order made online at 5:20p. She said the order would be ready for picking up around 6p. I had to go to the store at 6:02 and called and pizza wasn't ready. Not sure what takes almost an hour to order an online order for a small 8"pizza, but... I can't say I recommend her service if it's so slow. Your shield literally says... SUPER FAST????"
