"First time we went we had a great time in a local feeling atmosphere. Great Saturday evening crowd and very nice bartender! Figured it'd be a frequent visit. Returned about two weeks later on a Friday. Bartender looked at us, many times indeed. She did not even ask us what we'd be interested in but was attentive to her friends gathered near the register seats at the bar. We too were at the bar but totally ignored and bypassed. Finally my husband spoke to her and asked if we could order a drink and she gave him a pretty nasty look. It seemed reasonable after 15!minutes to simply ask if we could order. I timed it when 7!minutes later she was still pouting her friends drinks and goofing around when we stood up and as we readied to leave she came over and said don't you want to order? I'm not sure that deserved a response terrible idea to go when she's there. Never returned. Wanted to talk to Dominic because he was actually really cool but decided not to and likely never to return because of one careless staff member Wanted to become patrons. Never spent a Penney that our last visit. Sorry Domenic. You were not there that evening"

"Great pizza with amazing service! I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with the garlic bread with cheese. I arrived and was greeted by name (yes this was my first time there). The man at the counter made small talk with me as my pizza was leaving the oven. Upon leaving both workers said their goodbyes and I felt like I just left home. This is definitely my new go to pizza place and I can't wait to try some other menu items!"

"Grew up on Ohio Valley pizza and it's far and few left around . Moved to Akron about 5 years ago and there are many great pizza places but nothing like this! Wow exactly what I have been craving and searching for around this area for years. Crunchy thin crust . I can taste the garlic in the sauce . The fresh grated cheese and cold to luck warm pepperoni. It's simple and amazing ! The service was also great . He was very nice and pizza was ready within minutes. He even brought it out to us when it was ready. This will now be one of my top choices for pizza. Thank you for simplicity of perfection. ?"

"Overall 5 stars. Luca’s has always made a great pie. The last two times I’ve ordered though, the pizza was undercooked with crust that was more dough than crust in about the middle 10” or so of the pie. I usually get the 18” or 24” which of course makes it very difficult to take out of the box or eat by hand when the crust is underdone to that extent. Maybe I just had a bad luck but twice I figured just to make sure you guys should be aware in case you need to remind staff of the right process so it doesn’t happen to too many orders and drag down your restaurant’s good name."
