"Very tasty menu. Service was a little stand offish and the music was pretty loud, but would 100% go again. Price point is a little high but as long as they keep the top quality ingredients, I'm all for it."

"I ate at the Paramount in Nov. 2007 and ordered a tuna steak salad with seared tuna. I was apprehensive when the salad arrived as it was clearly a frozen tuna steak that had been thawed and seared. After eating it, I got very sick with food poisoning with 102 degree temperature. I was brave enough to go back a few days ago but steered clear of the tuna salad and opted for a veggie wrap. Again...I experienced the same symptoms and several of my coworkers who had salads also got sick. Stay away from this place!"

"Regardless of your dietary preferences, this place has something fresh, clean and absolutely delicious for you! Paleo, gluten free and vegan friendly.I absolutely loved the wonder bowl! Deliciously hummus lined bowl puts you in control of every bite, and I of course cleaned the bowl.She got the Passion curry bowl, and you better believe I stole some bites like a ferengi in an unmanned cargo freighter. Rich and delicious, perfect balance of spice and sweetness.And the cauli wings?!?! My favorite part. Grab an extra side of buffalo sauce for dipping. These were hot, tender and roasted Tom perfection no deep fry over heat! Just pure cauli goodness.The decor and whimsical words of wisdom peppering every surface add a distinct charm while you dine, both self ordering kiosk and counter ordering are offered and the service was spectacular.Prices were affordable, portions very, very generous. Stop in when you can, you won’t be disappointed!Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian friendly"

"We finally made it! During our visit, we checked out the Garden as well as the inside bar.The Garden is open seasonally and sits above the main bar and dining area on a mid sized patio. The cocktails available in the Garden are like nothing you will find inside they are more focused on classics that pair nicely with a hot day. While seemingly simple, these classics are very well made. This space can be rather popular, and you cannot make reservations. If you want to ensure you can make it up for a drink (and vibes), get there early (or be a little patient).We then transitioned to the inside bar to dive into the true Denver D&C menu. Unfortunately, we only had time for one drink before we needed to head off to dinner. However, the Money Tree was everything I needed in a drink at that moment, and I'm still thinking about it over a month later.For first timers, the menu is expansive, organized thematically. Take your time perusing what's available, and if in doubt, talk to one of the bartenders who can help guide you to some drinks that speak to your palate.A pro tip we learned during our visit is that guests staying at the adjoining hotel are able to make reservations for the bar. That might be enough to sway us to consider staying over here in RiNo the next time we find ourselves in Denver."
