"Stopped in for beverages and appetizers around 5:45pm on a Friday evening and service was decent. The deviled egg portion size of one egg (split of course) was a bit underwhelming, but tasty nonetheless. The salsa and guacamole was also good, although we needed to get a refill on the chips since the ratio of chip to dip favored the dip. Ambience: exposed brick, many TVs, unique hanging lights. I'd come back to try something more substantial on a future visit."

"We wanted to try this version of a whiskey after having been all over Ireland and Scotland. It did not disappoint and several versions were all very tasty. The setting was very nice and the service was friendly and knowledgeable. We did buy one bottle to take home and remember the trip!"

"My fiance and I recently held a small engagement party at The Red Barber, and we couldn't have been more pleased! The atmosphere was amazing, and they really went above and beyond to make sure our event was exactly what we envisioned. The food and drinks were delicious, and although it was December even the outdoor portion of the venue was comfortably heated. We (and our guests) were impressed from beginning to end, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an event location or even just a fun night out with friends. Many thanks to Nessa and Allegra for helping us throw an unforgettable party. We'll be back!"

"I was impressed with honey elixir bar from the minute I walked in the door. The vibe is relaxed with just the right amount of energy and buzz to make it interesting. I happen to have been here on a day when the weather was nice so the garage doors were rolled up and people were sitting outdoors as well as enjoying the indoor seating area.We ordered a charcuterie plate, and cocktails from the specialty cocktail list. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented!This part of town can be pretty crowded on game days or Fridays and Saturdays, but I was excited to find parking very near to the restaurant and plenty of additional places to visit, such as the awesome shop next door that featured a variety of gifts and interesting food items."

"Good food, good service. Large portions- chicken sandwich was by far the best. Red beans and rice- A little salty- but that?s expected for NOLA cuisine. Jambalaya was good- huge portion. Dirty rice was just ok. Was disappointed that there were no friedgreen tomatoes as the yelp reviews all said this place had fried green tomatoes- so if your coming just for those- they aren?there!"
