"Not sure why someone added this to happy cow. I was here and expected them to know what the word was vegan. Basically, they scratched their heads. I didn't have to say cheese. I have vegetable taco plate and chips and a drink, it came to 20$ I thought that was very expensive price for this small dish tbh I will not be back. 3 small veggie tacos and I did not order cheese, but the tomatoes had some cheese there, I had to get out (as you can see in photo). I feel that my money had gone somewhere else and I would have been more satisfied. I was hungry. Extremely disappointed. Don't waste your time or money!"

"Laura was our waitress and her customer service was superb! Gave us samples of fresh fruit waters and went thoroughly through the menu. The sauces(green and red salsa)were watery. The deep fried tacos were fresh but lacked flavor. I will return to try other things. It’s very busy and it seems a lot of people patronize this establishment."

"I?ve had great experienced at other locations of this franchise. However, at this one, I went to the store to pick up my order and the woman at the front told me that the order had not gone through. I showed her my Uber receipt and order number, I even showed her the TRANSACTION on my bank account, which was clear proof I had paid, and asked if she could please ask her manager what the protocol was, but since she did not see the order on her Uber app she simply said her manager is not available and she will not do anything. I think there is room for better customer service here, the other Quesada store in South Windsor once made me the sandwich even though I had ordered to a different address by mistake. This time the issue was not even my fault, yet I was met with negligence and a lack of accountability."
