"First time here, don’t think I’ll be back. Only a handful of other customers during Friday lunch. Server was nice but messed our order (it was his first day though). Ordered the Wicked brisket sandwich with tater tots and wife ordered the Buffalo chicken flatbread. Even though the place was not busy (less then 10 total customers), took over 30 minutes to get our food. Once arrived we instead got two flatbreads (brisket and buffalo chicken), no tots. We finished before the tots ever got ready and to be honest the food just wasn’t good. Totally get things happen and even the best of places can have an off day. But given the overall situation and there being no effort from the manager to even say something to us knowing of experience, I can’t think of any reason to return."

"Excellent customer service! I was addressed by a man in the parking lot and in my flu left a box of ice in a bag near my car. When I called the store, they called my ice cream and when I told the manager what happened, he was so friendly and expressed concern about my interaction with the man and wanted to make sure he was gone and wanted to make sure I felt safe. Then he asked if I wanted someone to lead me to my car. I went back kindly, but it was so great to know how much they care about their customers and look for safety."

"Came with a big group of friends and we had an explosion. Our server was friendly and funny and served us very well. The food was also surprisingly good! I had the Great Nachos and tried the Mozzarella sticks. My friend tried the blue cheeseburger and said it was the best he ever had. The interior is endearing and well decorated, it does not feel like in a shopping center, but in Rome small European city. Recommend this place when you are in the area and want a quick bite. They made our food in less than 20 minutes!"
