"I have been going to Nino's Jr for 30 years. It was a great place for sandwiches. I was there recently. I ordered a hot sausage sandwich that was on the menu. It took forever to get because the dish wasn't prepared I can only conclude. I noticed a sign saying credit card use only for $20 or better. I saw customers using their credit cards for less, the sign is a lie. I finally got my sandwich and my bill. My order was over $20, so I used my Credit card. Then I noticed a 3% charge for using my credit card; what a rip-off. I met the rule but got charged additionally. Then I got home and unwrapped the sausage sandwich. They had put pasta sauce with onions, peppers, and sausage. I never had pasta sauce before at Nino's. There was so much red sauce the bread fell apart. The sausages were lukewarm and firm as if they tried to defrost frozen sausage in the red sauce. What a mess, and they had the nerve to charge around $18 for this slop. So I got screwed using my credit card by 3%, and the sandwich went into the wastebasket wrapped in the aluminum foil. That is the end of my family buying in this place--bye Bye Nino's Jr."

"I don't like the location at all.Very small parking lot that gets very crowded,very fast. I didn't like that I had to download the app and order coffee. It was my first time there and I wasn't able to ask the barista any thing about the coffees,etc. I will not return to that location again."

"This used to be my favorite local place to get Italian. Whenever friends visited, I would take them. It was great. I understand though that it's under new management (still in the family though). Ever since the menu change, I've been supremely underwhelmed by the quality of food. We went there to eat a couple weeks ago it definitely wasn't the food that I was used to. And it's been going downhill for about the last 6 months or so. Today, I was running late coming home from work my mom invited me over. She was going to order some Freddie's. She looked over the menu online wanted baked ziti. Something she's been eating there for over 20 years. She called to order was told it's not on the menu. She also went to order fettuccini Alfredo with chicken. She picked up the food got home. The fettuccini Alfredo was actually penne. So, she called and let them know they got the order wrong (and wanted a credit for the chicken). When she called they told her they didn't actually have fettuccini, the only pasta they have is penne and the person who put the order in forgot the chicken. Very dissatisfied, and we'll probably be finding a new place to grab take out from now on."
