"One of the best gf pizzas I’ve had! Had the 9 inch veggie pizza. Homemade base was lovely. Good choice of toppings. A small extra charge for the base."

"Today this diner visited. eating was quite average, but the waiting staff were really nice and attentive, and I enjoyed the experience to the end as the manager who decided to tell me that I did not finish my food. <br br>/ I had ordered a sandwich, but what came was a whole white baguette. I decided to eat the baguette and just enjoy the filling and the chips that came with it. when the manager came to clear the plates, she told me that it was was wasted that I had not eaten the baguette and snippy and rude. <br br>/ I would not recommend this caffe. edinburgh has many really nice facilities, they go to one of the places."

"I met a few friends on a Saturday night for a lovely meal here. I had the grilled vegetables with mozzarella for the starter, which were plentiful, healthy, nicely presented and also very tasty. For the main I progressed on to the monkfish in a bean broth, which was excellent. The fish was perfectly cooked and the beans were flavourful and not too heavy. The red wine that was recommended was really excellent, and I had a good white wine with my main. I ended the meal with a rich chocolate mousse. It was more of a chocolate pot than a mousse, but it was lovely. It was also very kind that the servers brought us cute mini bottles of amaretto for an excellent finish to the meal. The food is excellent and the servers are extremely friendly and helpful. It is a lovely, family type of restaurant with homely decorations. It's not cheap but it's worth it."

"I like holyrood 9a. we have already tried one thing and so happy that we are here for our monthly work Burger-a-thon! the decor is warm, welcoming and comfortable with a underlying Scottish feeling brain heads, leather seats, wood cladding, large fireplaces the specialization on burger bark, huhn, vegetarian and alternative (haggis/pork/venison) and have beautiful sounding appetizers like prosciutto and pear salad and dessert like doughnuts! I hate it if you have to order and pay chips seperately. give me a price please all served wood...read more"

"Finally got to try las iguanas for my friends birthday last night. The service was friendly and food came out pretty quickly. I had nachos to start which I thought was going to be a small portion but it was huge so I would recommend getting this as a main meal or to share with someone as a starter. I ordered the chicken enchilada for my main it was ok... I wasn't a fan of the refried beans that came with it though and they surrounded the entire plate! Overall I had a good experience and they have some great cocktails for only £3.90 so I'm sure I will be back."

"We visited for Breakfast last summer and absolutely loved it! Interior is very pretty and just my style. Food was super tasty yet clean and healthy. Breakfast was served very nicely and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We took away a couple of cakes after finishing our meal and they were phenomenal "
