"This is the most authentic Chinese restaurant that I have found in the area. The menu is plastered in large Chinese letters on the wall The staff speaks a little English but really take care of you and the food is great. They start you off with hot green tea and soup. No idea what kind of soup but tasty. I had several plates and everything was good and tasty with a little exception of the stuffed sea bass. The bass was not quite fresh but with all the condiments it was still good. Had the bass been fresh this would be a 5 star rating but I will be back!"

"Disorganized and unprofessional hostess who literally screamed at my mom as soon as she walked up to her to ask how long the wait time was and get a number. No joke. Screamed at her to get in line. Then screamed at a man who was already standing there and tried to ask a question “IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, GET IN LINE! GET IN LINE! GET IN LINE! And no, this wasn’t an elevated voice to be heard over a loud dining room. This was yelling at customers because she was overwhelmed.There was no semblance of a line. People crowd wherever there is room to stand. Anyone who has been here before understands what I mean. Even after being mistreated, my mom asked calmly, where is the line? The woman didn’t answer, ignored her and kept calling out numbers to seat the next available tables. Turns out that other than the one man who also tried to ask a question, no one was waiting in line. They were all just waiting for their number to be called.I can sympathize with being stressed out because this place gets busy on the weekends, but the level of rudeness was off the charts. If she can’t manage the job, she should look for another line of work.Now, I’ve been here before. Food is decent enough. Nice variety, albeit fairly greasy, but tasty. Other staff are attentive, so my overall two star rating for service unfortunately docks their 3-4 stars for that hostess’s 0 star behavior. Woman about in her early to mid 40s with a bob haircut.If you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience, avoid this place. Try Tasty Moment or Ugly Dumpling, which are also in Edison. If you’re okay with a run in with ill manners but affordable dim sum, you’ve found your spot."

"Soo so disappointed in this place. We used to eat at a crab du jour where we previously lived which was amazing so thought it was the same. Worst crab boil I've ever been to! Messed up our order, and it unbelievably tasted horrible. Everything was overcooked. The crab just crumbled and was hard to get out of the shell. It is way overpriced for what you get especially considering the quality. I've literally had better crab steamed at a grocery store. The seasoning had little taste and the spicy level was non existent. I will NEVER order from here again and so disappointed I wasted a good chunk of cash here. Don't waste your money."
