"We searched on line after a surfing morning at the beach for an Indian food restaurant and found this one. It was a pleasant surprise!! Charming decor and absolutely excellent food! We ordered several different dishes and types of naan. We are all vegetarian and had tremendous variety. We will be back for sure!!"

"I am so mad at myself for not taking a cooking class offered by the last owner ? She made the *best* tikki masala we've had. It's not that the new management's version is bad, but the original KC's never left an oily residue like the new one does it was creamy, the sauce was thicker, the flavor/spice was made to perfection. The new KC's is ok, but not anything special. I guess it depends based on previous reviews and the tikki masalas you've had in the past. The old KC's recipe was extraordinary.. also, the dal tastes nothing like it used to, and was way too salty. I'm sad and disappointed :"

"Fantastic, elegant, highline Vietnamese cuisine, and also Pho. 35 years in Encinitas, same family, fantastic food the whole time. If you haven't tried Vietnamese food, this is where you should go to start. Ask for suggestions and prepare to be amazed. "Don 't go...they will insult you... The owner is so senseless. I 'd been the customer of this restaurant since last 10 months living close by. I gave ride to one of their employees to drop from San Diego to LAX since he was flying back to India and had no money in pocket to rent the taxi. When I went to the restaurant today, they insulted and shout at me as I helped their x-employee and asking me to pay his x-employee 's AT&T telephone bill or send the bill to him. This is so unhuman and so pathetic. Her son is telling me this is the USA, nobody helps anybody...why did you help him? Unbelievable... They are trying to say that in USA, people are unhuman and don’t have heart. This is absolutely unacceptable. They insulted me like I did something wrong in my life by helping someone who asked for favor. Being a regular customer, they dont have customer 's respect or any value to humanity. I 'd ask all of you not to go to this restaurant as they might insult you for any reason. Cheap mentality, pathetic, senseless, unhuman fellows owner, I have never seen in my life. Don 't go..."
