"Every time I walk in here to the counter to place an order, there will be no one behind me in line and no one to take my order. Turns out, girl behind the counter looks at me and sees that I want to order and turns back around and doesn’t say anything to anyone or doesn’t even bother to help me. This is very unprofessional.On another day, I came in and the same thing happened, AGAIN.. but I figured I would try to give them another chance bc who knows, different people may be working. Girl comes up to the cash register and I start to place my order, I get cut off with a, “I’m clocking out.” You can’t take 2 seconds out of your day to take my order? I will never order or eat at Broad St Burger King until they get some new workers who actually care about their customers as well as they’re jobs."

"My review is purely for the fantastic employees at this location. The food is exactly what you'd expect; it's not gourmet, but it's fine, and it's always hot and seems fresh. Moreover, though, I'm consistently impressed with how friendly the employees are here! I've never been to a fast food or pizza chain location where the staff is so incredibly nice. On top of that, they're efficient, and typically have our order ready when we get to the drive-through window. Thank you for always making our stops here such a positive experience!"
