"Tuesday 13th June and we visited here for lunch. A bright modern purpose built outlet in Rydon Lane Retail Park. There was outside seating available in the glorious sunshine, however we chose to sit inside in the cooler atmosphere. We selected our food from a well stocked fridge, we chose a ham coleslaw sandwich £3.50 and a BLT sandwich £4.95, from the Marks and Spencer range. Took the food to the counter to order our drinks and to pay.We ordered two flat whites which were £3.35 each. One of the coffees was free thanks to sufficient number of reward points The member of staff that served us, Ellie, was both friendly and helpful, she provided us with plates and cutlery for the food and also sorted out the free coffee, all done in a chirpy and polite manner. Flavoursome coffee, tasty fresh sandwiches with friendly helpful staff all in clean well maintained surroundings, can't go wrong."

"First visit today after many years of passing-I only ever passed late afternoon.so passing at 730am great chance to see what it’s like…well worth the visit-excellent strong black coffee and a brown baguette with bacon,mushrooms and hash browns in,all this for £6. Very nice and will return again and again"

"Glad that Jimmy's is open again, I've missed it during the pandemic. Perfect veggie sausage in a bap, great value for money, not pretentious, great coffee and most importantly very friendly service. Dogs are welcome, lovely plants everywhere and Jimmy is lovely, he always checks in with you, puts a lot of effort in when preparing the food."

"Lutzys is simply one of the best cafes in Exeter, and this is a city spoilt for choice with lovely cafes! Delicious lunches, coffees and cakes. All mouth watering, freshly made and very generous portions. With a wonderful view of the quay. I just dont...think theres a nicer spot for a lunch, brunch, afternoon tea or just popping by for an ice cream. But what makes the cafe stand out above all else is how generous and attentive Lutzy and her staff are. They make any visit a special experience. Nothing is too much trouble and its like being invited to a friend's house. I've been coming to Lutzys since I was a child and every time I go I feel welcome and appreciated. I can't rate this place highly enough, I'm looking forward to supporting this independent business after such a tough time for hospitality in"
