"Wow, what a nice meal the food couldn't owe. The restaurant was occupied by starters and nets for 5 people, but the service was fast. I can't blame any of the staff they were all pleasant. And even the manager came around and talked to us what was nice."

"Terrible customer service experience!!!!! 17/11/2022 I ordered pizza deal tonight from sidwell street outlet. The driver called to find out directions which I gave him but clearly he was somehow confused or not listening or distracted. He hung up on me, I called the outlet and spoke to a person called Carmen who displayed appallingly shocking customer service 1. She accused me of being rude to the delivery guy which I wasn't, she couldn't say exactly what was rude that I said to him 2. Then she threatened to hang up on me because I was rude to her...apparently I was raising my voice at her. Something I could also accuse her of as she was strenuously accusing me of rudeness to the driver. 3.When I told her their customer service was appalling considering her accusations and threat and not even thinking she should listen to my view she said the driver has hearing impediment and couldn't hear me and so was not comfortable to deliver to me... quickly changed the story from me being rude to the driver not feeling comfortable to deliver to me 4. Probably the worst of all, when I asked for her name and she told me and I spelt it just to be sure I heard right, she burst out laughing and commented sarcastically that I got the spelling right!!! That was so disrespectful!! They totally ruined the evening for our guest who we ordered the pizza for. TBH I am actually scared of eating the pizza, how do i know she has spat on it?"

"Had a delivery as a stay in a hotel with terrible food. had the spinnaci with the obligatory extra olives. was super tasty and there were also many other options, only nigger would have dipped more, maybe I'm greedy, but I like a lot veg and my pizza."

"I have been coming to Frankie Bennys for quite a few years now. To be honest I wouldn’t have gone again but for the birthday meal discount. I was impressed with the table we were given which we asked for . We talked about Frankie Bennys over dinner. We compared eg my veggie pizza to a meal we had in anew Italian restaurant in Newton Abbot. The standard of food there for the price and quality was far superior to that in Frankie Bennys. We realised I drive there was nearer and standards much higher even without the discount. The quality in Frankie Bennys is never really brilliant. Just kind of acceptable. It does come a cross a bit fast food as it is quick paced also . Discounts are reduced and exclude weekends . It is a sign that you are progressing but unfortunately it’s rather hit and miss. However the staff are rather polite and friendly but that alone is not enough to rush back. Hopefully quality of food may improve some day. Good luck but it will be some time before we return( discount or not"
