"The young lady who worked all day on 04/03/22 in her restaurant in the exe bridges retail park in exeter was excellent. she is the only reason I write this review because I wanted to make sure that management is aware of how hard she works and the extraordinary customer service she offers in the order of her company. they seem to be exceptionally short employees in this restaurant, which puts additional pressure on the remaining employees to ensure that customer service standards are adhered to. Nevertheless she smiled and was professional during the course, although she had to cover the entire restaurant herself. this young lady deserves a bonus, and I hope they show her commitment to her personal by rewarding her hard work."

"Wow, what a nice meal the food couldn't owe. The restaurant was occupied by starters and nets for 5 people, but the service was fast. I can't blame any of the staff they were all pleasant. And even the manager came around and talked to us what was nice."

"My order took an hour and a half to arrive when told through email that it would be delivered in 25 35 minutes. After an hour passes I contacted Pizza Hut (not them, me) and asked if it had left or not because according to the ‘tracker’ it hadn’t after an hour of ordering ! I was told it had and that there was only one driver out today so basically I should just wait. I left it and waited until it was delivered. this was now an hour and a half after I made the order. I made the decision not too pay due to the lack of communication and wait time I had to have. The delivery driver was very pleasant but didn’t know what to do in this situation so he said we should ring the Pizza Hut again, I did and I was told very harshly and with no respect at all that if I wasn’t going to pay then the driver must take the food back to the store with him. Very very poor and disappointing service from something which could have easily been sorted with some customer service and an actual apology. Never using this Sidwell street store again."

"The card machine would not work or the online ordering system, but the girls worked fantastic under pressure from other customers as well as try to serve food. Of course, it does not help the personal if its equipment does not work, but nevertheless cannot fail the service top note."

"Always timely with delivery and collection. obviously no authentic pizza, but it is a very good dominos the least fat and tasteful mass market pizza I had."
