"Located on the former site of the Twisted Elm in Elmwood Park, my partner and I came to this establishment for an early Valentine 's dinner. The restaurant however is not a strict steakhouse but definitely a hybrid as there are three distinct chefs cooking their specialities not only steaks but also Hispanic and Italian cuisines. Our reservation was made easily on Resy. We were greeted by the host, Desiree who brought us to one of the three rooms. Tonight 's menu was a selective Valentine 's Day. Joanna was our very attentive server and brought us complimentary warm sweet rolls. For starters, we had the French onion soup and the house salad. The salad was large enough for two with a strong balsamic vinegar dressing. The soup was tasty and served warm. For our entree, we ordered Rigatoni Steak House Pasta consisting of simmered Tomato Sauce with Beef, Sweet Onions and Mushrooms the Chicken Bianca (Amish Free Range, Boneless Breast, Sautéed in Butter, White Wine Fresh Lemon Juice withArtichoke Hearts Capers. Served over Angel Hair Pasta and Topped with Crispy Prosciutto. The food came out well seasoned with the right portions and no complaints. We even had room for dessert and got their peach cobbler. It came out piping hot, delicious and enough to share for two. All in all, decent food, service excellent, and it 's a BYOB which we can 't wait for a repeat performance to try other dishes."
