"Agressive Manager threatened to call police when I quite rightly refused to pay the full bill, then came back and started shouting at me while I was discussing with the chef, so he had to send her away. Family of 5 and 3 of us had finished eating and 2 still had no food. My Son got his steak more than an hour after we ordered. My Daughter didn't eat at all, because other 4 had finished before her meal arrived. Chef was reasonable to be fair, agreed to the reduced bill, apologised that the kitchen was busy and food was cooked fresh, but that's no excuse when a steak and chips takes 4 minutes to cook. Food was good to be fair, but an evening of our holiday spoiled by the experience. I didn't pay for the children's two meals."
