"Pizza ok but hidden tax and drink rules. Everyone has to order an expensive drink which is mostly ice, water only as addon in tiny glasses.. No place in whole restaurant and menu tells you that they add tax to the compared already quite high prices. Pizza and service were ok but the other points made it a not so good experience, we should have chosen some japanese food. Was our most expensive meal in 10 days and for us sadly not worth that much money. People smoke in that tiny restaurant while others are eating thats a NOGO as well."

"Saizeriya is a classic!! Did you know that they are the largest importer of Italian wine in Japan? You do that now! It is a family-friendly establishment with unfussy, dirt cheap Italian cuisine. But it's delicious! And the wine trade is unbeatable. 1000 yen for a magnum is a safe fire way to have a good night. This is especially helpful before or after an event at Kyocera Dome. Such a good location!!!!!!"

"First, this is not an Italian restaurant, no way close to it. It is international and done very well across all courses. The food was exceptional with some unique flavors. Second, don’t order the wine pairings. They are not very good and heavy reds are mixed in with whites. Lots of sediment in the wines and cloudy as well. They do not seem to pair well in general. The service is very good, it is a busy place but remains quiet despite the full tables. It’s worth going but a bit pricey, a norm of fine dining in Japan"

"As always the food is good and the price too but I walked out during desert and left nearly all my wine at the table because of a bunch of drunken Japanese men who had ZERO consideration for the other customers. The staff should have asked them to be quieter but as always in Japan the workers are too scared to speak up. I won’t be going anywhere near this place again and the staff need to control the louder people. It’s not a football game and these people ruined many peoples night with their UN Japanese antics."

"クリスマスディナーはコースも一択で5品ということで予約したのに4品しか提供されませんでした。5品じゃないんですか？と聞いても4品ですよ、とこっちが間違えてるニュアンスで返されました。それなら最初からネット上も4品と記載してほしかったです。4品だったら他店を予約したのに。 また、最初に牡蠣も大丈夫ですか？と聞いてきたにもかかわらず、他のお客さんに提供されている牡蠣のグラタンがでてこなかった。コースは統一なんじゃなかったでしたっけ... キッチンを見るにこれから来る方用にも牡蠣のグラタンを用意されてたので、私たちだけ提供されていない..アラカルトもこの日はないはずなので。 味は美味しかったのですが、なんとも言えない後味の悪さでした..."
