"We visited with no booking and got a table fine, service was a bit slow compared to other places in the area but that's fast compared to English restaurants! We had the crispy squid and beef tacos, I would say it probably wasn't anything to...write home about but good quality food."

"Have been visiting Virtus Bar since it opened. Great place to have a drink. Coffees are good and in the weekday Prato do dia is usually very good. Friendly staff and prices are reasonable. Handy place to stop before or after you shop in Forum Madeira."

"That was just lovely. Slighly cheap, very authentic, great and fresh food. It only has 6 tables outside so we needed to wait a few minutes to get place to sit but it was totally worth it. Tables was never empy haha. Meat soup was amazing. Steak was tasty and octopus was amazing. I would offer to check this hidden gem which is loved not just by tourists but locals too!"
