"I want to give this place five stars, but I am often here and they never have enough of the donuts I like, which is a little disappointing. I guess everyone in this area likes the same as me! Besides camp, I have no complaints about this place. The coffee is really good, and I love her hash browns. The staff here is really friendly and they always got my order right. Here you can buy bagged coffee as well as random travel cups. I sometimes buy coffee here to make home, because the price is not bad at all."

"Every time we have tried this place service is poor. Today we sat for 15 minutes and nobody even asked if we wanted anything to drink. We just left. Seriously needs better management. We won't go back. Gainesville Dinner has better and service food, it is our go to breakfast place. Small family owned place."

"Everything started out great. Then we placed our order and waited and waited. Inquired and told they were short handed and taking a little longer. In the mean time they seated a table of 11. After now 55 min waiting for food, we noticed the table of 11 was getting their food. We were a table of two for breakfast food. We left."

"I went yesterday (Wednesday morning) and they were really busy. I was stupid of the service I could get, but my worries were not necessary. I bought coffee and donuts and the cash registers were filled with other customers. Another man, I think he could have been the manager, comes fast and goes through my request. He was polite and attentive at the same time and I didn't feel rushed at all, despite the excitement of the shop. I will certainly return for the great service and the amazing products. 10/10!"

"Whatever culture these employees are from, it is one without courtesy and common sense. They are aggressive, nasty and always trying to provoke an argument. I disputed an $11 charge for a sandwich that is supposed to be in the $7 range. The associate tried to shout me down, insisting he was right....well, he wasn 't right, and while it took several days to recover the amount for which I was overcharged (ALWAYS SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS! , I have realized that it is not just the employees behind the Subway counter all of the employees in this store like this. Based on other reviews of this facility, it seems that I am not alone in reaching this conclusion. Stupidity and arrogance are a bad mix, and this store has plenty of both."
