"Saw a rat scurrying around the front door. I was charged for the wrong order, eventually corrected. Food was not hot as usual, just warm. Within 10 minutes of eating I pulled over to vomit, it passed but I will never go to this location again."

"It?s disappointing, to say the least, when you check your scooters app and see you have free coffees but when you get to the restaurant, the app will not work and the associate doesn?t even try to assist. Then when you find a coupon in your car and ask to at least use that, the associate says ?sure, just scan it with your app.? The one that stopped working when I pulled up to the window. Now, this may just be a WiFi thing, but one would think that when a place of business uses a rewards program that relies solely on an app, that said place of business would have good enough coverage for the app to work. I paid for drinks I had planned on getting free that morning and couldn?t even get my points on what I paid for. Well played, Scooters. On another note, any time I ask for a decaf no milk, I get offered a latte, full of milk and am told that is the only option, instead of the americano. I have to then reorder and make sure they can make a decaf americano, where the associate acts surprised like she?s never been asked for it before. I?ve asked for it at least 10 times with that girls specifically. Starbucks, Dutch Bros and Dunn Brothers understand what to do. Why on earth can?t Scooters? My son loves this place and the associates are usually quite friendly just not too sharp. And the darned app should work at their business or they should have a way to compensate for it."
