"A totally new place... This place had gone way downhill when it was still on Beechwood, but since moving to the new location it seems to have re-invented itself (and likely gotten new recipes, staff, or both).<br/ <br/ Good treats. The blueberry scones were awesome, and humongous. Cute little patio out front, too."

"I look for gluten free restaurants when I visit a city. There aren't many options for fish and chips most places I go. This place is legit gluten free. They have a separate fryer and baskets for the gluten free. Haven't had gluten free breaded fish this good since I was in Ireland. Not sure about the previous reviews about service. It was busy and the servers were running but they were quite attentive while I was here. Very happy with the experience overall. I will come back next time I'm in Ottawa."

"Cora's always have great food. Crepes we're what we needed. Unfortunately the service was lousy. Couldn't get refills for tea or water. Server only made it back for bill."

"For a special celebration we always choose the Baccara at Hilton Leamy Lake and Casino resort in Gatineau,Qc. The food is exceptional whether quality, presentation or taste. The 5 courses degustation menu with wine pairing is always a culinary experience. Things we've never eaten before...or at least not serve in such in elegant style, is always deliciously surprising. I have always enjoyed everything that was served to me. The Chef decides the menu and you enjoy. Considering the quality of the food, the service and overall experience, the price is reasonable. It is very much worth it for a special treat. I always expect the cost to be about 100$-125$ per person plus wine and drinks, and taxes and tips. There are specials for shows or a la carte menu but then the experience is different; still the food will be exceptional. At the end, there is nothing like trying it yourself and trust me, you won't leave hungry. Baccara is my best choice restaurant by far."
