"Was there a manager on duty? Service was awful but we donât exactly blame the waiter because they looked HIGHLY understaffed. We never got a water refill, took forever to place an order, our appetizer came minutes before our meal. No napkins. The place wasnât even packed."

"The chicken tinga was dry and did not have a very prominent taste. The chips served with the ceviche were stale. The steak tacos were delish! And the jalapeno margarita was wonderful. The perfect amount of heat."

"Paid 170 for catering ordering a ton of food they gave us less then 1/3rd of what we ordered. After we went back they said that we were wrong. The food was bad. After we went to get the correct food they got the order wrong again. The tacos were soggy the food was cold."

"Really I have multiple issues with this restaurant. 1) they don't know how to roll a burrito 2) when they attempt to roll a burrito it doesn't fit in that little piece of tinfoil they use to wrap it... Not good 3) ever watch their employees switch out the meats or beans. I've been at this restaurant and watches them lift the empty container from the warming table, drip warming table water on the food as they bring it over it, place the new food in empty spot and then scoop from the meat they just dropped table water on into the next bowl in line and keep on moving... No thank you!!Get your act together, chipotle seriously! Bring back Baja fresh to Illinois!!"

"For some time this location has been slacking with flavor or just getting my orders correct and done on time. BUT, recently they have really stepped up their game and the flavor is booming again, the portions are perfect, and I am a lot happier that they’ve fixed their issues. I was super close to never coming back to this location. Very well please with the turn around."

"I totally understand the negative reviews but the best I can say is, its just a bunch of high school kids doing their best. How many times have I ordered 'double meat ' on-line just to get home and go.... oh... ok, glad I paid extra for something you didn 't give me. Its like, are the managers paying the kids commissions to not give as much food out or something? Why is it such a problem? Seriously, I am legitimately asking if they get more money if they have extra food to throw away at the end of the night. It sucks having to play the game of asking for meat, then when they slide it down the line ask for double meat because they already showed their hand. But when you pay an extra $4.00 you better keep that in check. Are the negative reviews true? Yes. Are you paying a bunch of high-schoolers to 'do their best '? also Yes. Give them a break."
