"Unorganisiert und chaotisch trifft es hier wohl am besten...Wir waren am 07.01.2017 spontan und ohne Reservierung im Pavarotti zum Abendessen. Und wir waren lediglich zu zweit...Das wir nicht reserviert hatten, hat man uns zumindest spüren lassen! Mehr als ein kurzes Hallo des vorbeigehenden Koches bekamen wir vorerst nicht zu hören. Und beachten wollte man uns gleich gar nicht! Nach 10 Minuten wollten wir unverrichteter Dinge wieder gehen... Plötzlich wurde der Kellner munter und stoppte uns. Nach zwei Gläsern Sekt und der Aussage, dass wir gleich einen Platz bekämen, warteten wir nochmals fast 10 Minuten um dann an einen noch nichtmal abgeräumten Tisch geführt zu werden. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten bekamen wir dann sogar "schon" die Speisekarte und und konnten nach nochmals so langer Wartezeit dann schließlich auch Getränke und Essen bestellen...! Die Wartezeit bis zum Essen war okay! Jedoch kam die Vorspeise (Tomatensuppe) dann während des Hauptganges und die Pizza war zu allem Übel geradeso lau-warm...Am Salatteller meiner Frau konnte man nicht wirklich viel verkehrt machen.Geschmeckt hat es zwar alles gut... Aber entspannt und schön Abendessen funktioniert irgendwie anders...!!!Die Belegschaft machte den Eindruck, dass sie überfordert sind und lief teilweise schon recht planlos durch die unaufgeräumten Tische... Wenn wir mal wieder nach Gotha kommen, suchen wir uns definitiv ein anderes Restaurant! Schade eigentlich...Denn das Ambiente und das Essen an sich waren okay!"
