"Got fired for a family medical emergency. Had missed 2 shifts before so i was on thin ice as is . But A family member that lives with me tried to kill themselves and and it was huge issues i was dealing with. So he let me go because i missed that day. I tried to come and talk with reason. But because he was stressed about findind a cover for his shift and me missing 2 other days he let me go. Everyone else there are amazing people and work hard and understood but ALEX is his name did not and chose to fire me instead. And i know everyone deals with stuff but in all and all he was saying i shouldve come in and let my family member off them selves . So next time you thinking about ordering jimmy johns try subway instead."

"Goodbye Tangs... I just ordered my last meal from Tangs. I have been eating at Tangs for more than 10 years and while most times the food is good recently over several months there has been a slow downward trend in consistency and food quality. My lastorder had bbq fried rice that was bland no seasoning (not the first time), ordered chicken kow where the chicken was slightlypink (not the first time) on some and lastly tried for the first time broccoli with garlic sauce that had absolutely zero garlictaste at all tasted like more of a sweet brown sauce. Tangs needs to re-evaluate its kitchen and menu and get it back on trackespecially since Tangs does charge a bit more for each entree. If you want customers to pay higher prices then provide premiumquality food."

"I ordered a slim 5 with added peppers, as I've done many times before. I paid for and received the sandwich, but no container of peppers. I asked where my peppers were and was told they can't provide them for a slim sandwich. I wasn't told that before I paid for the sandwich and I wasn't asked if I wanted to pay extra for them. This doesn't make sense and when I questioned the manager, he just said we can't do that and walked away. No explanation. They won't see me anymore."
