"They don't deserve any stars at all. Was in town for the first time ever and ordered food. The food was delivered wrong even with specific instructions. Called to have it replaced and the owner refused to get on the phone and make it right. Was told to call door dash even through it wasn't a Door dash order. Called third party and they too have tried to call and speak to owner to no avail. Still waiting on a refund over a week later. Would not recommend and would advise to stay away."

"I'm from Philly and I can tell you that this place has no business calling themselves South Philly... Barely any meat and it had more of a roast beef texture than a steak sandwich texture. If you're looking to get your philly cheese steak fix, stay clear of this place!"

"It was disappointing. While the ribeye wss tender and flavorful, the Duchess potatoes were salty and the Strawberry Shortcake was ordinary. Adam was our waiter and he rarely came to the table. I think he decided we weren't worth his time when we asked about sharing some dishes. I cannot recommend this restaurant. I live here and think there are so many restaurants that are superior to this one in New Orleans"

"Char Oysters were cold and not cooked. No butter on them-not bubbly. One party member ordered trout and veggies. She was allergic to potatoes and told the waitress such. She received the trout and a heaping of french fries. (no veggies). The mashed potatoes ordered by another in the party were cold. One couple ordered a large salad. A small salad was presented. However, after the waitress brought out the wrong size, we asked for another small and received that. One member asked for red wine and received white wine. When we arrived at 630P, we were told to go ahead and order because the kitchen would be closing early. Not a good culinary experience."
