"I was surprised to learn that not only whole foods meat department in hadley, ma do not routinely wear usda prime meat, but it also does not like to order it for the customer. this morning I tried to order a usda prime rib and was told that they didn't have it, they can't order it, and it's almost impossible to get it because 99% was sold to restaurants I was sold by phone with whole foods and ordered what I needed from Wegman's without problems. in future I will not buy meat at whole foods. they used to have great meat. but now I can get what they have on any local market."

"Super delicious, high quality matcha latte, the best I’ve had not in a tea house setting, by far. I make matcha at home every morning, and a lot of places are making them now because its become popular using poor quality matcha powder, or a matcha to milk ratio that diminishes the flavor, probably to cut costs. This matcha was a bright, brilliant green and the flavor was outstanding, grassy and earthy and refined, delicious. They are definitely using ceremonial grade powder. Additionally, the space is beautiful and comfortable, the food (and coffee! equally delicious, and the people super kind. Love the bathroom signage and pride flag. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20"

"Good company, great coffee (the coconut is addictive... , delicious and affordable breakfast sandwiches made all day long... Made fast and accurately *most* of the time. Hadley and Shelburne locations good, Greenfield not so much quality control on sandwiches and more not so good there, and location smaller, less charming, not appealing. At Hadley location they readily replaced a mis made order and gave refund for another. They'll teach novices about coffee drink types, andcreate a drink based on what you describe."

"Came to this Dunkin ' donuts around 4:30 and I saw the sign for a $3 medium pumpkin cream cold brew. So I ordered that she told me my total was over $4 and I said the sign says it 's $3. She said yeah well we 're not doing that anymore. I said well the signsays you are? I was just surprised that she didn 't honor it and then maybe have someone go out there and take the sign out. Ihave worked at fast food places in the past and anytime there has been mistakes like that it 's usually just honored because thesign said it and it was the business 's fault for not taking the sign down. Also I 've never been greeted before the way I wasgreeted at the drive-thru which was , do you know what you want I thought that was a bit odd. In a nutshell bad service. Iusually avoid this location because it takes so long here to get your order and when you do get your order my drink is alwaysbad I usually just get an iced coffee with cream but they somehow screw that up every time so I won 't be going to this oneanymore."
